Double-Sided Frame Adhesive for Apple iPhone 6S

The Double-Sided Frame Adhesive for Apple iPhone 6S is the die-cut adhesive that secures the display frame to the body of the iPhone 6S (4.7") when the phone is closed up after a repair, and acts as a sealing gasket around the perimeter.

It needs replacing every time the phone is opened and the display is removed, because the original adhesive tears or loses its grip: if it is not renewed, the display may sit raised along the edges, leave gaps or let dust in.

Installation note

Warning: before applying the new adhesive, completely remove the old residue from the frame and clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol, letting it dry. Peel off the protective liner only at the moment of application, align the cut-outs for the camera and sensors precisely and press evenly along the whole perimeter, without touching the adhesive side with your fingers.
