Our return policy allows for a 30-day period to request a return after receiving your item.

In order for the return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused,

with the tags still attached and in the original packaging.

You will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process, you can fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form

found in your Administration Area of Your Order and contact us at the email address info@iphonehospital.it or directly through the contact section that you can find

at the bottom of our website.

Returns must be sent to the same address indicated on the packaging. You will receive a return shipping label and

instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns will not be accepted if not requested in advance.

Additionally, shipping may take longer if the country of residence is not Italy.

In the event of damages or issues with the received item, please contact us immediately to assess the situation

and find a solution.

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and personal care items.

Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item and make a separate new purchase.

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have a 3-day cooling-off period to cancel or return the order without justification.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days once the return is received and inspected.

If you do not receive the refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
