Kaisi battery activation board for iPhone 6 Plus, 6, 5S, 5C, 5, 4S, 4 and iPad mini

The Kaisi battery activation board is used to wake up batteries that don't work like new because they carry little current and aren't detected by the Apple device.

It connects to a bench power supply (or to a Micro USB charger, for charging only) and lets you "wake" the battery before refitting it.

Main features

• Service cable rated for up to 10 A (with a bench power supply): lets you charge several batteries together
• Set the power supply to 3 V; if needed you can go up to 5 V for a few seconds, only to wake the battery
• Activates batteries below 3 V (from 2.5 V upwards)
• Short-circuit protection: if the battery has a positive-to-negative short, the warning light turns on
• Service start button
• Cable length: 40 cm; size: 7.60 x 14.50 x 0.7 cm; weight: 40 g

For low-voltage batteries

Useful when a new or deeply discharged battery isn't recognised: the board helps bring it back to a voltage the device can detect.

Workshop safety

The warning light signals a short circuit: in that case do not charge the battery.
