How to reactivate a battery the iPhone does not detect

Set the bench power supply to 3 V and raise it gradually. If needed, go up to 5 V for only a few seconds, just long enough to wake the battery.

The same panel lets you power the phone without its original battery, convenient for quick bench checks.
