The WiFi antenna support for Apple iPhone 6S Plus is the small black plastic module with a coaxial cable near the top of the logic board, which holds the WiFi antenna in place and connects it correctly.

It is worth replacing when WiFi struggles to connect, the signal drops a few metres from the router, or the cable was damaged when the phone was opened previously.
