White Home Button with Silver Frame for iPhone 6/6S & 6Plus 6S Plus

The White Home Button with Silver Frame for iPhone 6/6S & 6Plus 6S Plus is the round button below the display, in the white version with a silver ring (frame): it replaces a worn, broken or discoloured original button and gives the phone back its silver finish.

It needs replacing when the button has cracked or chipped, has lost its coating, has come away from the housing, sits sunken or feels unresponsive to presses, or when you want to match the button colour to a silver iPhone.

Main features

• Type: Home button (outer button) with frame and metal bracket
• Colour: white with silver frame
• Mounting: replaces only the outer button; the Home button flex is not included
• Quality: compatible spare part, not original Apple
• Quality control: QC Passed

iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6S and 6S Plus Home Button Replacement

With the white home button with silver frame you replace only the outer button, without changing the flex underneath: a quick, inexpensive job that restores both looks and press feel.

Installation note

Warning: before fitting the new button, carefully remove any glue residue from the flex and the seat, and clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol. Place the button perfectly centred in its seat and press gently: too much pressure or an off-centre fit can damage the flex or make the button rub against the housing. Check that the button springs back after each press.
