If the old screen has been removed, simply turn it around and look for the manufacturer code written on the back. This is the information needed to help you search for the correct screen. For example, let's say the code found on the back of the laptop screen is LTH133BT01S10V0.

This translates to having a 15.6-inch LCD screen from Samsung. The "LTN" is the code for Samsung, and the "156" is the code for the screen size of 15.6 inches. You will often see this code next to or above the UPS barcode for the screen.
