Bluetooth Antenna for MacBook 13" A1342

The Bluetooth Antenna for MacBook 13" A1342 carries the Bluetooth signal to the AirPort card of the white Unibody MacBook, which handles both WiFi and Bluetooth. It is the part to fit when wireless mice, keyboards or headphones keep disconnecting or only work a few centimetres from the Mac.

Main features

• Function: Bluetooth signal reception and transmission.
• Connection: snap-on coaxial connector on the AirPort card.
• Condition: removed from a new device.

Bluetooth Antenna for MacBook A1342

The antenna sits inside the MacBook and is connected to the AirPort card by a thin cable. If the cable gets pinched during a repair or the connector works loose, Bluetooth stays on but its range drops sharply and devices lose the connection. Before ordering, check your model on the page of the Bluetooth antenna for MacBook A1342.

It is the right fix for a jumpy mouse pointer, choppy audio on headphones or devices that pair but disconnect as soon as you move away. If Bluetooth doesn't show up in the settings at all, the AirPort card is the more likely culprit. Discover all the details of this part.
