Zero-Smog

The Weller Zero-Smog systems put an end to the fumes caused by soldering,

the evaporation of adhesives, laser work, in all these applications the fumes

and the particles released into the air in the work area are particularly harmful

and it is risky to expose operators and staff to them. The Weller Zero-Smog systems combine suction pumps, electronic control, and interchangeable filters to solve the problem.

Fume extraction at the tip

The Weller FE soldering irons integrate the fume extraction tube into the handle.

It is positioned directly above the solder joint during the process

to suction any fumes that are generated. Soldering irons with tip fume extraction can

be connected to the Weller WFE and WFE P benchtop units for up to 2 workstations or the WFE 20D mobile unit for up to 20 workstations.

Kits are available to adapt the tip fume extraction even to Weller soldering irons that do not integrate it.
